Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in technology or AI-related fields, and you understand the nuances of selling complex solutions to enterprise clients. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge the gap between customer needs and product capabilities.
You are comfortable with an AI-first mindset, actively using and experimenting with advanced AI tools in your work. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adaptable to rapid changes, ensuring that you stay ahead in a competitive landscape. Your experience in account management has equipped you with the skills to nurture long-term relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Desirable
Experience in voice AI or related technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with APIs and software development processes. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your sales strategies and decisions. A background in working with developers or technical teams will help you effectively communicate the value of Deepgram’s offerings.
What you'll do
As a Strategic Account Executive at Deepgram, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the enterprise sector. You will engage with potential customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Deepgram’s voice AI platform can address their challenges.
