You have a strong background in systems engineering, particularly with Airtable, and are passionate about improving employee experiences through technology. You understand the importance of data visibility and workflow simplification, and you have experience designing and maintaining applications that support various aspects of the employee lifecycle. You are comfortable collaborating with IT and internal systems to evaluate and implement the best tools for the job. You thrive in a role that allows you to leverage automation and AI to create scalable solutions that enhance organizational efficiency.
Desirable
Experience with other no-code platforms or tools is a plus, as is familiarity with scripting languages that can enhance Airtable functionalities. You have a keen eye for detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, ensuring that the solutions you develop are not only effective but also user-friendly. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies that can further improve the People tech stack.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining core Airtable applications that support the employee lifecycle, including performance management systems, onboarding applications, and employee directories. You will work closely with the People team to understand their needs and develop solutions that are intelligent and scalable. Your focus will be on integrating AI and automation into the design of new applications, ensuring that they are not only functional but also enhance the overall employee experience. You will evaluate existing systems and tools, making recommendations for improvements or replacements as necessary. Your work will directly impact how the People team operates, simplifying workflows and improving data visibility across the organization.
