What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development and rollout of core people programs, including comprehensive compensation bands and career ladders. You will work closely with leadership to ensure that the people systems you create align with LangChain's mission and values. Your responsibilities will include designing performance cycles that foster employee growth and engagement, as well as implementing AI-native operations to streamline processes.
You will be the primary architect of LangChainβs internal People infrastructure, ensuring that it is scalable and effective as the company grows. This involves collaborating with various teams to gather insights and feedback, allowing you to continuously improve the systems you implement. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with regional norms and regulations, particularly for team members in the EU and UK.
What we offer
LangChain offers a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits such as health and dental coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance. The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 - $215,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
