What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing People Operations team, overseeing core functions including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, benefits, compliance, and reporting. You will design and scale efficient systems and processes that enhance the employee experience while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Your focus on driving automation and process improvements will enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee self-service.

You will be responsible for shaping the future design of the physical office footprint, ensuring that it supports how and where employees connect and collaborate. Your leadership will be crucial in building world-class operational processes that support employees and drive efficiency across the business. You will also be tasked with overseeing the employee lifecycle processes, ensuring that they are seamless and effective.
