You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the financial technology sector. Your ability to build relationships and understand client needs is paramount, and you thrive in environments where you can make a real impact. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients at all levels. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting regular check-ins with clients, analyzing their usage of Airwallex's services, and providing insights to enhance their experience. You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients, guiding them through the setup process, and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing to develop strategies that drive user acquisition and retention, leveraging your understanding of client needs to inform campaign development.
