You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the financial services or technology sectors — your experience has equipped you with the skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You are motivated by results and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts, leveraging your understanding of the market and customer needs to drive success.
Your communication skills are exceptional — you can articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, whether in writing or in person. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the best outcomes for clients. You are also comfortable using data to inform your decisions, demonstrating a strong analytical mindset that helps you navigate challenges effectively.
You are adaptable and resilient, able to pivot quickly in response to changing circumstances or client needs. Your proactive approach means you are always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction. You understand the importance of a customer-centric approach and are committed to delivering value at every touchpoint.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech or payments industry would be a significant advantage, as would familiarity with integrated financial solutions. A background in sales or business development could also be beneficial, providing you with a broader perspective on client needs and market dynamics.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Airwallex, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, providing tailored solutions that leverage Airwallex's unique offerings. Your role will involve regular communication with clients, conducting check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
You will collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into service enhancements and new features. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the direction of our offerings, helping to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will also be involved in onboarding new clients, guiding them through the setup process and ensuring they are equipped to make the most of our platform.
In addition to managing client relationships, you will track key performance metrics and report on account health, providing insights to senior management on trends and opportunities. Your ability to analyze data will help inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement in client engagement and satisfaction.
