What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive their growth. You will analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
