You have a strong background in customer success management, particularly with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) — you understand the unique challenges these businesses face and are passionate about helping them thrive. Your ability to build relationships and foster trust with clients is exceptional, and you excel at identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

You are data-driven and analytical, using metrics to guide your decisions and measure success — you know how to leverage insights to enhance customer experiences and drive engagement. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support — you understand that customer success is a team effort and are eager to contribute to a culture of collaboration and innovation.

You are adaptable and resilient, able to navigate the fast-paced world of fintech with ease — you embrace change and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes for your clients.

Desirable

Experience in the fintech industry or with payment solutions would be a plus, as would familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Airwallex, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform — you will guide them through the setup process and provide ongoing support to help them achieve their goals. You will proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions and resources to enhance their experience.

You will analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating with product and engineering teams to advocate for client needs and drive product enhancements. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns, ensuring they are getting the most value from our services.

You will also play a key role in developing and implementing customer success strategies that drive retention and growth — you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to overall business objectives.
