Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the financial technology sector, with at least 5+ years of experience leading sales teams and driving revenue growth. Your strong analytical skills enable you to assess market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies that align with business objectives.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can effectively address customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
You are results-driven and motivated by achieving targets, with a deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market dynamics. Your experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating high-value contracts sets you apart as a leader in the field.
What you'll do
As the Senior Enterprise Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for Southeast Asia, focusing on acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing relationships. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and product offerings, leveraging market insights to inform sales tactics.
