Datadog is hiring an Enterprise Sales Executive focused on the Hong Kong market to target and close new business with large strategic customers. Job Description

Who you are

You have 3+ years of closing experience in enterprise sales, particularly within the insurance and traditional conglomerates sectors in the Hong Kong market. You are driven and have consistently met or exceeded direct sales goals of over 1 million, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex sales processes and build strong relationships with clients.

Your experience includes prospecting into large Fortune 1000 companies, where you have successfully maintained and built relationship maps for your territory. You possess a deep understanding of customer businesses and can negotiate favorable pricing and business terms by effectively communicating value and ROI.

You are resourceful when faced with challenges and have an intuitive sense of the necessary steps to close business and gain customer validation. Your ability to ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency is a testament to your strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

What you'll do

In this role, you will target and close new business with Datadog’s largest and most strategic customers in the Hong Kong market. You will be responsible for uncovering the pain points organizations face as they operate in or migrate to a cloud environment at scale, and you will deliver the appropriate Datadog solutions to address these challenges.

You will prospect into large Fortune 1000 companies while running an efficient sales process, maintaining and building specific relationship maps for your territory, including existing relationships and aspirational contacts. Your role will require you to develop a deep comprehension of your customers' businesses, allowing you to negotiate favorable pricing and business terms effectively.

You will handle existing customer expectations while expanding your reach and depth into your assigned territory. Demonstrating resourcefulness when faced with challenges will be key, as will having an intuitive sense of the necessary steps to close business and gain customer validation. You will ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
