What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the SME and partnerships strategy for Airwallex in Brazil, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with small and medium enterprises. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of your partners and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful implementation of partnership initiatives.

You will also be responsible for setting performance metrics and tracking the success of partnerships, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Collaborating with marketing and product teams, you will help shape the messaging and positioning of Airwallex's offerings in the Brazilian market. Your role will involve regular engagement with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure alignment and drive collective success.
