You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years of experience in recruiting for technical and non-technical roles. Your expertise in sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process allows you to identify the best talent for the organization. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions. What you'll do
