What you'll do

As a Senior Account Manager at AKQA, you will own and nurture key client relationships, acting as a facilitator between clients and multidisciplinary teams. You will lead complex, multi-discipline projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders. Your role will involve monitoring and maintaining a strong pipeline of client growth, generating ideas and actions that deliver measurable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Account Directors and various teams across strategy, creative, technology, and production to drive project success.

You will be responsible for managing project scope, timing, and risk, keeping teams aligned and focused on delivering outstanding work. Your leadership will inspire a culture of inclusion and teamwork, encouraging your colleagues to grow and excel in their roles. You will also provide clients with insights on industry trends and benchmarks, helping them navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
