Who you are

You have a proven track record in digital media sales, particularly in influencing C-level executives and managing global key accounts across various industries such as CPG, Finance, Tel/Tech, and Auto. Your strategic and analytical business skills enable you to navigate complex business situations effectively, helping clients solve their challenges and grow their revenue through innovative advertising products. You possess strong talent management skills, allowing you to cultivate and lead a high-performing sales team.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about leveraging digital platforms to empower businesses. Your experience includes developing and executing sales strategies that align with client needs and market trends. You are adept at building long-lasting partnerships and understand the importance of collaboration in achieving sales objectives.

Desirable

Experience with Spotify or similar digital advertising platforms is a plus. Familiarity with the LATAM market and its unique challenges will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working with data to inform your strategies and decisions, ensuring that your approach is both effective and measurable.

What you'll do

As the Head of Sales for Spotify LATAM, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base across the region. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and collective targets. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies that resonate with clients and align with their advertising goals.
