You have a proven track record in digital media sales, ideally with experience influencing C-level executives across various industries such as CPG, Finance, Tel/Tech, and Auto. Your strategic and analytical business skills enable you to navigate complex business situations effectively, helping clients solve their challenges and grow their businesses using Spotify. You possess strong talent management skills, allowing you to cultivate and lead a high-performing team to achieve revenue objectives.

You are adept at building long-lasting partnerships and understand the importance of empowering advertisers to take full advantage of advertising capabilities across platforms. Your experience with global key accounts equips you with the insights needed to drive success in diverse markets. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping clients succeed in their advertising efforts.

What you'll do

As the Head of Sales for Spotify LATAM, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution for the region. You will work closely with clients from various industries to understand their needs and provide tailored advertising solutions that drive growth.
