Aleph is seeking a Regional Lead SMB to drive growth in Nigeria and surrounding SSA markets. You'll lead a high-performing sales team to expand market presence and revenue across digital platforms. This role requires a strong background in digital sales.

You have a proven track record in digital sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience leading teams in the SMB sector. Your understanding of the SSA business landscape is deep, allowing you to navigate the complexities of diverse markets effectively. You are results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership skills that inspire your team to achieve ambitious targets.
Your experience includes developing strategic sales initiatives that drive growth and enhance market presence. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build relationships with key stakeholders and partners. You are adept at analyzing market trends and leveraging insights to inform your sales strategies, ensuring that your team remains competitive and innovative.
What you'll do
As the Regional Lead SMB, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team focused on expanding Aleph's market presence in Nigeria and the broader SSA region. You will develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals, driving revenue growth across our suite of digital platforms. Your role will involve collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of local advertisers.
You will analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans to capitalize on these insights.
