What you'll do

As the Regional Sales Manager for SMB at Fleetio, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets in a rapidly growing market. You will manage the comprehensive activities of your team, including prospecting, funnel management, and negotiating deals. Your role will involve setting clear expectations and driving key activities each week to accelerate performance. You will work closely with the Director of SMB Sales and collaborate with other leaders in sales, marketing, and business operations to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

You will define and track key performance indicators to measure success and ensure that your team is aligned with the company's goals. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of coaching and continuous improvement, helping your team to develop their skills and achieve their full potential. You will also be responsible for providing regular feedback and support to your team members, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed in their roles.
