Who you are
You have 1-5 years of management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, where you've successfully led teams to achieve sales targets. Your ability to effectively communicate and enable evolving sales methodologies sets you apart, as you enjoy fostering an environment of sales excellence. You are committed to team development, engaging in call coaching and metrics coaching to help your team thrive. Your previous closing experience, preferably in direct sales, has equipped you with a strong understanding of value-based selling and the nuances of SMB and Mid-Market deal sizes.
You have a successful history of ownership of a team revenue number, demonstrating your capability to drive results. Your experience in multi-threaded decision-making and co-selling on inside sales cycles has prepared you to tackle challenges head-on. You are an expert coach, able to identify strengths and weaknesses in your team and develop sustainable teams that excel in performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will directly report to the Senior Director of Small Business and manage the growth, training, and performance of up to 8 Account Executives within the SMB Sales Team. You will take ownership of the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast of your direct reports, ensuring that your team meets its sales goals. Leading from the front with honesty, integrity, grit, and passion, you will create an environment where your team can have fun while achieving their objectives.
You will work cross-departmentally to solve problems, both inside and outside of your lane, taking ownership of core issues and driving solutions. Your commitment to team development will involve identifying strengths and weaknesses among your reps and building a cohesive team that can tackle challenges together. You will also be responsible for tracking and forecasting a pipeline for all engagement and activity throughout your book of business, ensuring that your team is aligned and focused on their targets.
What we offer
PandaDoc offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $170,000 USD with a 50/50 variable split based on quota level hit. We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where all employees can thrive. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States while being part of a dynamic and growing team.
