What you'll do
As a Regional Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth trajectory of your assigned region. This involves managing a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) and leads, ensuring that your region consistently meets high-quality supply targets. You will identify the next major hubs and categories for expansion, developing strategies to capture these opportunities effectively.
You will engage in strategic market expansion, working closely with your team to implement projects that enhance supply quality and availability. Your role will require rigorous operational discipline, ensuring that all initiatives align with the companyβs goals and objectives.
