You have a strong background in compensation management, with experience in designing and optimizing compensation frameworks that drive internal equity and market competitiveness. You are a collaborative team player, able to work closely with various stakeholders, including People, Finance, and Leadership teams, to achieve common goals. What you'll do

As a Compensation Manager at Algolia, you will own the design and execution of the company's global compensation programs.
