What you'll do

In this role, you will own the design and execution of Algolia's global compensation programs, ensuring they scale with the business and reflect the company's values. You will review and optimize existing compensation frameworks, including job leveling and equity structures, to enhance internal equity and market competitiveness. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will develop scalable, data-driven compensation programs that support employee retention and satisfaction. You will also lead initiatives to communicate compensation practices clearly across the organization, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
