Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in compensation analysis and program design, with a focus on creating equitable and competitive pay structures. Your experience includes optimizing compensation frameworks, job leveling, and salary bands, ensuring alignment with organizational values and market competitiveness. You are data-driven, utilizing analytics to inform compensation decisions and drive internal equity. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including People, Finance, and Leadership.
Desirable
Experience in a tech company or fast-paced environment is a plus, as is familiarity with global compensation practices. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all compensation programs are transparent and aligned with the company's mission.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the design and execution of Algolia's global compensation programs, ensuring they scale with the business and reflect the company's values. You will review and optimize existing compensation frameworks, including job leveling and equity structures, to enhance internal equity and market competitiveness. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will develop scalable, data-driven compensation programs that support employee retention and satisfaction.
