What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end administration of sales compensation programs, ensuring that the GTM team is compensated accurately and on time. You will work closely with the accounting team to streamline compensation processes and enhance scalability. Your responsibilities will include analyzing compensation data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making.

You will also be responsible for maintaining compensation documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Collaborating with sales leadership, you will address any compensation-related questions and provide guidance on compensation plans.
