Overview

Allica Bank is hiring a Customer Success Executive to convert warm leads into funded Business Rewards Accounts. You'll work closely with stakeholders to support new businesses through the onboarding journey. This role requires strong stakeholder management and remote sales capabilities.

Who you are

You have experience in customer success or sales, particularly in the financial services or fintech sector โ€” you understand the unique needs of established SMEs and are passionate about helping them succeed. You are confident in remote sales, capable of engaging with customers over the phone, and skilled at managing stakeholder relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and outcomes.

You possess strong communication skills and are adept at understanding customer needs โ€” you can translate these needs into actionable insights that drive account openings and further banking opportunities. You are committed to delivering value to customers and are motivated by the goal of winning active new accounts.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Executive at Allica Bank, you will focus on converting warm leads into open and funded Business Rewards Accounts. You will guide new businesses through the account opening and onboarding journey, ensuring they have a seamless experience as they transition to Allica Bank. Your role will involve identifying primary banking opportunities and further lending opportunities across the bank, contributing to the growth of our customer base.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including marketing and sales teams, to support the onboarding process and ensure that new customers are set up for success. Your goal will be to deliver live, actively used accounts, focusing on established SMEs with cash balances that can benefit from our competitive interest rates. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive with Allica Bank.
