Easyship is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage strategic client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding and adoption. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to help clients succeed globally.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in managing high-value accounts. Your ability to foster trust and build long-term relationships is key to your success. You understand the importance of aligning client needs with business objectives, and you excel in strategic account management. Your strong communication skills enable you to act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals. You are proactive in identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks of churn, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from the solutions provided.
Desirable
Experience in logistics or eCommerce is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based software solutions. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing client needs. A background in project management or operations can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and driving adoption of Easyship's solutions. You will proactively engage with customers to track their progress and deliver success reviews, demonstrating the value of our services. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities, collaborating closely with support, operations, and product teams to address customer challenges. You will also be responsible for managing renewals and fostering long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their strategic objectives are met through our offerings.
