Your creativity and organizational skills enable you to create impactful learning experiences that cater to the needs of employees at all levels, from new hires to VPs.
You understand the importance of upskilling in today's fast-paced work environment and are eager to apply best practices from across the organization to enhance the learning journey for your colleagues. You are a strategic thinker who can act as a consultant and thought partner, advising leaders on effective professional development strategies that align with business goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, organizing, delivering, and evaluating targeted upskilling opportunities for employees. You will serve as a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for one of the six business units, focusing on the professional development of their workforce. Your duties will include creating custom content, coordinating training sessions, and advising leaders on best practices for employee development.
You will also support company-wide initiatives, such as the flagship New Joiner Academy program, ensuring that all new hires receive the training and resources they need to succeed. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop programs that address those needs effectively. You will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
