You have a strong background in account management, particularly within the electronics design industry — your experience has equipped you with the ability to understand complex client needs and align them with innovative solutions. You are adept at developing vertical playbooks, especially in automotive and white goods sectors, and can effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Your expertise in Altium Designer and familiarity with PCB design solutions make you a valuable asset in bridging the gap between client requirements and product capabilities. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with OEMs, ODMs, and component suppliers to ensure seamless integration of solutions into existing workflows.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of Altium's offerings to clients and partners alike. Your strategic mindset enables you to map decision hierarchies across various organizations, ensuring that you can penetrate ecosystems effectively and drive adoption of Altium 365 solutions.
What you'll do
In your role as an Industry Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Altium's enterprise solutions within key verticals, including automotive and white goods. You will develop and implement industry-specific solution selling strategies, creating vertical playbooks that address the unique challenges faced by clients in these sectors.
You will partner with technical teams, including Renesas and Xilinx FAEs, to co-design reference solutions that combine Altium Designer with relevant technologies for automotive applications. Your role will involve orchestrating upstream and downstream ecosystems, ensuring that Altium's SaaS solutions are embedded into industry workflows effectively.
You will engage with clients to understand their product lifecycle needs and align Altium's tools with their pain points, such as design-for-cost in automotive and rapid prototyping in appliances. Your ability to navigate complex decision-making hierarchies will be crucial in fostering relationships with OEMs, ODMs, and EMS providers.
