Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, particularly in the electronic design automation (EDA) sector. Your expertise lies in developing and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns that effectively target EDA engineers and enterprise IT buyers. You are proficient in using marketing automation tools like Marketo and HubSpot, and you understand the importance of optimizing landing pages and lead-nurturing workflows to convert marketing qualified leads into sales qualified leads.
You possess a strong analytical mindset, enabling you to track key performance metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and churn rates. Your experience includes leading product launches, where you have successfully positioned and priced SaaS products while creating localized content to address specific market needs. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on data-driven decision-making.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end marketing strategies for Altium's SaaS-integrated EDA solutions. Your primary focus will be on driving lead generation and customer acquisition through innovative marketing campaigns. You will develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns, utilizing SEO, SEM, and social media platforms like LinkedIn and WeChat to reach your target audience effectively.
You will also be responsible for optimizing landing pages and lead-nurturing workflows, employing A/B testing to refine messaging and pricing models. As part of your responsibilities, you will track and analyze key metrics to ensure the success of your campaigns, using tools like Salesforce and various analytics platforms to inform your strategies.
Additionally, you will lead product launches in China, focusing on positioning, pricing, and creating localized content such as whitepapers and webinars that address the pain points of EDA workflows. Your role will require close collaboration with product development teams to ensure alignment between market demand and product offerings.
