Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within government sectors, and possess a deep understanding of the Department of Defense's mission and operations. Your ability to build and maintain relationships at an executive level is complemented by your strategic thinking and business acumen. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at working with cross-functional teams to drive results.
You are a self-starter who is motivated by challenges and has a passion for technology and its application in government. Your experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, enables you to effectively communicate the value of these solutions to potential customers. You understand the nuances of government procurement processes and can navigate them successfully.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead revenue growth initiatives within the 4th Estate division, focusing on key government agencies. You will develop and manage relationships with named customers, driving awareness and adoption of AWS services. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing cloud-related opportunities, defining effective go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with various teams including legal, marketing, and product management.
You will engage with customers to understand their missions and challenges, helping them leverage AWS solutions to meet their needs. Your role will involve regular interactions with partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for customer initiatives. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $142,800.00 - $193,200.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
