Who you are

You have a proven track record in federal sales, particularly within the Department of Defense and related sectors — your experience has equipped you with the ability to navigate complex procurement processes and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. You understand the unique challenges and requirements of government contracts, and you are adept at aligning solutions with the needs of federal clients.

Your communication skills are exceptional — you can articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and foster collaboration across teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where agility and teamwork are essential to success. You are passionate about data security and governance, and you stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes that impact your clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding AvePoint's footprint within the Department of Defense and the 4th Estate. You will engage with existing clients to deepen relationships and identify new opportunities for growth. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting presentations, participating in proposal development, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure that solutions meet client needs.

You will leverage your understanding of the federal procurement process to accelerate deal cycles and close sales effectively. You will also be expected to provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client interactions, helping to shape future offerings that resonate with the federal market.
