You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the technology or consulting sectors, with at least 5 years of experience engaging customers and driving business outcomes. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value is a key strength, allowing you to build trust and foster strong relationships with clients. You are skilled in business development and have experience executing sales methodologies effectively. Your analytical and problem-solving abilities enable you to navigate challenges and deliver results that align with customer expectations. You are proficient in managing CRM systems and understand the importance of customer satisfaction metrics in measuring success.
Desirable
Experience with AWS Professional Services offerings is a plus, as is familiarity with hybrid cloud operations and distributed architecture. A background in IT strategy will enhance your ability to engage with clients on transformative projects.
What you'll do
As a Senior ProServe Account Executive at AWS, you will be responsible for engaging both new and existing customers, focusing on transformative projects that leverage AWS services. You will collaborate closely with ProServe Cloud Architects, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants to ensure customer success and drive business growth. Your role will involve understanding and defining business outcomes for customers, building trust, and identifying applicable AWS Professional Services offerings. You will create proposals and secure customer signoff on Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring that all project deliverables align with customer expectations. After project launch, you will maintain a connection with customers to ensure that the agreed business outcomes are being met, demonstrating your commitment to their success.
