You are fluent in Japanese and have a strong understanding of Japanese business etiquette, which will enable you to effectively support vendors in the JP retail market. What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Amazon, you will serve directly with vendors, managing various aspects of their businesses on the Amazon platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers can find everything they are looking for online, at great prices and with convenience. Your role will involve collaborating with vendors to optimize their product listings and enhance their visibility on the platform.
You will work closely with internal teams to address vendor needs and provide insights that help improve their performance. Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales data, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to drive success for both vendors and customers. You will also be expected to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable feedback to your vendors.
