Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in e-commerce or retail environments. You thrive in ambiguous situations and are adept at developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and enhance vendor experiences. Your high standards and ownership mentality enable you to effectively manage vendor relationships and achieve results through collaboration with internal teams.

Your ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights will be key to your success in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional service to Amazon's vendors.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager in the Vendor Success Program, you will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies to manage vendor relationships effectively. You will engage directly with Amazon's vendors, helping them to grow their business on the Amazon platform. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal teams to ensure that vendors receive the support they need to succeed.
