You have a strong background in managing client relationships, ideally with experience in advertising or eCommerce. You understand the nuances of agency partnerships and can navigate complex business environments with ease. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies. You are results-oriented and thrive in a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to educate and guide agencies effectively on best practices. You are comfortable leading discussions and presenting insights to stakeholders at various levels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of agency relationships, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will educate agencies on how to operate within the Amazon DSP, developing comprehensive media and campaign strategies tailored to their needs. Regular performance analysis and optimization efforts will be part of your responsibilities, as you conduct business reviews and strategic planning sessions to drive product adoption. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure that agencies are leveraging Amazon's advertising solutions effectively. Your role will also involve leading educational sessions to promote new advertising products and sharing insights derived from Amazon's robust data analytics.
