Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in account management, ideally within the advertising or eCommerce sectors — you've successfully partnered with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive results. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to dive deep into data and extract actionable insights that inform your strategies. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
You are results-oriented and thrive in collaborative environments — you enjoy working closely with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure that client goals are met and exceeded. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex business problems sets you apart, as you proactively identify potential roadblocks and mitigate risks before they impact your clients.
Desirable
Experience with Amazon Advertising or similar platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices. A background in data analysis or a related field would enhance your ability to provide strategic recommendations.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Manager at Amazon, you will manage and deliver against complex advertiser goals, driving revenue and achieving targets. You will nurture customer relationships, creating revenue opportunities from the advertisers you own. Your role will involve leveraging Amazon's proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized recommendations, influencing both your internal team and your external customers to help them reach their business goals.
You will collaborate with various teams, including Creative, Senior Sales, Product, and Retail partners, to drive process improvements and foster collaboration. Your ability to communicate the 'why' behind results will be crucial in making actionable recommendations to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for analyzing trends and providing insights that help shape advertising strategies.
