You have over 5 years of experience in account management, particularly within the technology sector, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in enterprise accounts. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships with executives across multiple divisions sets you apart. You are customer-obsessed, always striving to understand and meet the needs of your clients, and you thrive in environments where you can influence and drive change. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with customer outcomes and business objectives.
You possess a deep understanding of the technology landscape, particularly cloud services, and can articulate the value of AWS solutions to diverse stakeholders. Your experience in managing complex deals has equipped you with the skills to negotiate effectively and close high-value contracts. You are adept at collaborating with internal teams, including solution architects and product managers, to design transformative solutions that address customer challenges. You are also comfortable leveraging data and analytics to inform your strategies and decisions.
Desirable
Experience in the AdTech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the energy sector, given the focus on connecting with energy industry executives. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges head-on and finding innovative solutions that benefit both the customer and your organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and operate a defined set of enterprise accounts, driving revenue and adoption of AWS services. You will develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored to each account's unique needs and infrastructure requirements. Your responsibilities will include aligning with executives across multiple divisions to understand their business challenges and objectives, and influencing them to adopt AWS solutions that accelerate their business growth.
You will lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and drive market share, ensuring that your accounts achieve their desired outcomes through effective use of AWS services. Your ability to create and articulate compelling value propositions will be key in demonstrating the benefits of AWS to your clients. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of AWS services and develop partnerships that extend your reach within the enterprise.
Your day-to-day activities will involve regular interactions with clients, where you will present solutions, negotiate contracts, and manage the overall relationship to ensure long-term success. You will also track performance metrics to measure the impact of your strategies and adjust your approach as necessary to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $142,800 to $193,200 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
