You are comfortable engaging with C-level executives and have a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients. Your strategic mindset allows you to navigate complex sales environments and drive business performance that meets and exceeds customer expectations.

You possess a deep understanding of distributed architecture and hybrid cloud operations, which enables you to guide your team effectively in delivering transformative projects. Your leadership style emphasizes collaboration, ensuring that your team works closely with delivery teams to achieve area goals. You are adept at identifying and escalating blockers to performance, ensuring that your teams are equipped to deliver results.

What you'll do

As the ProServe Area Leader, you will be responsible for leading the ProServe team in the Nordics/BENELUX region. You will work closely with the Nordics/BENELUX Geo Leader to ensure that your area is well-equipped to support ProServe's engagement with new and existing customers. Your role will involve interlocking with Amazon Global Sales Leaders to foster collaboration and ensure that ProServe and AGS teams work together effectively. You will engage with customers on various transformative projects, leveraging your expertise in IT strategy and cloud operations to drive successful outcomes.

You will also be responsible for representing your area within the ProServe Geo leadership team, advocating for your team's needs and ensuring they have the resources necessary to succeed. Your responsibilities will include providing executive leadership, relationship management, and pre-sales support to your team and customers. You will play a crucial role in driving business performance and ensuring that your teams deliver exceptional results that align with customer expectations.
