You possess the necessary clearances to work with defense and intelligence communities, ensuring compliance and security in all interactions. Your ability to navigate complex discussions and build relationships with internal teams and external partners is a key strength.
You are adept at defining and implementing customer-oriented services, particularly in the context of satellite communication. Your industry knowledge enables you to shape proposals and responses that resonate with government clients, ensuring that Amazon Leo's offerings align with their requirements. You thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and rapid execution, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting where collaboration is essential.

What you'll do
In your role as Capture Manager, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Amazon Leo for Government team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business development efforts focused on U.S. Government customers in the Defense, National Security, and Federal Civilian areas. You will collaborate closely with the ALG Business Development teams to close business opportunities at a rapid rate, ensuring that Amazon Leo's satellite communication services meet the needs of government clients.
You will be responsible for improving responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and shaping customer education initiatives that prepare clients for upcoming proposals. Your expertise will be crucial in developing unsolicited proposals that showcase the value of Amazon Leo's offerings. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the service delivery are aligned with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Your role will involve engaging with aerospace and satellite partner organizations, fostering relationships that enhance Amazon Leo's capabilities and market presence. You will also be tasked with communicating effectively across multiple geographies, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project objectives and timelines.
