What you'll do
As a Business Development Manager at Amazon, you will lead the growth and performance of the Hub Delivery program across Brazil. You will manage a team of Channel Team Leads, ensuring they are well-coached and capable of delivering high-quality results. Your responsibilities will include owning the multi-region acquisition and expansion strategy, driving operational performance to maintain delivery success metrics, and serving as a senior escalation point for complex onboarding and operational blockers. You will partner with Delivery Stations and Product teams to enhance tools and processes, ensuring a seamless partner experience. Your insights and strategic recommendations will be crucial in business reviews, helping to shape the future of the program.
