Who you are

You have a strong background in business development and program management, with experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management. You excel at leading teams and driving performance, ensuring that your team meets high standards of delivery quality. Your analytical skills allow you to dive deep into data to identify performance risks and improvement opportunities, making you a strategic thinker who can develop effective growth strategies.

You are adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating your ability to handle complex challenges with ease. Your experience in senior-level leadership support, particularly at Amazon, gives you a unique perspective on the company's operational standards and expectations. You are fluent in English, which enables you to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and develop Channel Team Leads (CTLs), ensuring strong team performance through coaching and capability building. You will own the multi-region acquisition and expansion strategy, focusing on sustainable growth and high-quality onboarding processes. Your responsibilities will include driving operational performance and maintaining delivery success metrics of 98.5% or higher across all regions.

You will serve as a senior escalation point for complex onboarding and partner performance issues, working closely with Delivery Stations, Program, and Product teams to improve tools and processes. Additionally, you will represent the region in business reviews, providing insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to enhance operational excellence.
