Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in program management, logistics, operations, or supply chain — you've successfully managed multiple projects and priorities across teams in fast-paced environments. Your experience includes senior-level leadership support, ideally within Amazon, and you possess excellent English-language communication skills, both written and verbal. You have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, demonstrating your ability to drive results and achieve targets.

You are a strategic thinker who can blend planning with hands-on support — you understand the importance of operational performance and have experience maintaining high delivery success metrics. Your analytical skills allow you to dive deep into data, identifying root causes and performance risks while uncovering opportunities for improvement. You thrive in environments where you can coach and develop high-performing teams, ensuring strong performance and capability building.

What you'll do

As the Business Development Manager, you will lead the growth and operational excellence of Amazon's Hub Delivery program across various regions in Brazil. You will manage a team of Channel Team Leads (CTLs), driving network expansion and ensuring delivery quality. Your responsibilities will include owning the multi-region acquisition and expansion strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and high-quality onboarding for new partners. You will also be the senior escalation point for complex onboarding issues, partner performance, and operational blockers.

You will partner closely with Delivery Stations, Program, and Product teams to improve tools, processes, and the overall partner experience. Your role will involve representing the region in business reviews, providing insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. You will be responsible for maintaining delivery success metrics of 98.5% or higher across all regions, ensuring that Amazon's high standards are met consistently.

What we offer

At Amazon, we foster an inclusive culture that empowers our employees to deliver the best results for our customers. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the success of our delivery programs. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds. Join us in shaping the future of delivery services in Brazil.
