Who you are
You have a proven track record in technology sales leadership, particularly within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. With over 5 years of experience, you excel at shaping technology transformation programs and have a deep understanding of AI, IT modernization, and cloud migration. You are skilled at building relationships with C-suite executives and senior vice presidents across various lines of business, including Clinical Development and Commercial sectors.
Your ability to work backwards from customer outcomes allows you to design ambitious technology transformation programs that meet and exceed business objectives. You thrive in environments where you can innovate and think big, obsessing over customer needs while executing at a high standard. You are also experienced in guiding and coaching teams, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
Desirable
Experience in managing large programmatic customer deals and a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape will set you apart. Familiarity with AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI transformation is a plus, as is a history of successfully growing businesses in a competitive market.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Amazon Web Services Professional Services team in Europe, focusing on the healthcare and life sciences business. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue and billable bookings while enhancing customer experience and satisfaction metrics. Your role will involve collaborating with ProServe sales and delivery teams, as well as specialist teams like the GenAI Innovation Center, to design transformative programs that align with customer objectives.
You will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to help them navigate their technology transformation journeys. Your leadership will guide your team in developing large-scale customer deals, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the challenges of the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. You will also be responsible for tracking key performance metrics, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction, to measure the success of your initiatives.
