Amazon is hiring a Lead Business Development professional for their Last Mile Logistics Channels team. You'll be responsible for supervising the expansion of the program through new business affiliations in your assigned area. This role requires strong leadership and operational skills.

Who you are
You have experience in business development and a strong understanding of logistics operations — you've successfully led teams in identifying and onboarding new business partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Your ability to analyze operational processes allows you to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance customer experiences.
You are a proactive leader who thrives in fieldwork environments — you enjoy visiting partner businesses to maintain relationships and ensure their success within the program. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to clarify expectations and foster commitment among partners, driving their engagement and retention.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work in the field to identify and affiliate new businesses within your assigned territory, overseeing a portfolio of 45 to 50 partners. You will conduct regular visits to these businesses to maintain communication and commitment, ensuring they are aligned with Amazon's delivery standards. You will also create heat maps to visualize areas in need of new business affiliations, helping to strategically expand the program.
Your responsibilities will include identifying operational improvement opportunities within the delivery process and collaborating with partners to enhance their service offerings. You will be tasked with ensuring that the best results are achieved for customers, which involves working closely with affiliated businesses to improve their operational aspects that impact customer experience.
