What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the expansion of the business affiliation program within your assigned territory. You will work in the field to identify and affiliate new businesses that will provide package delivery services to Amazon customers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining communication with 45 to 50 partners, identifying areas for improvement in the delivery process, and conducting regular visits to ensure strong relationships.

You will also create heat maps to visualize areas in need of new business affiliations and clarify expectations with partners to ensure alignment. Your goal will be to enhance operational aspects that impact customer experience and improve partner engagement to increase retention rates. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently, ultimately contributing to Amazon's mission of being the most customer-centric company.
