You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in building partnerships and driving growth initiatives. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize the visibility of influencer content and ensure alignment with marketing goals. Desirable
Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus, as is familiarity with affiliate marketing programs. You have a network of contacts within the influencer community and can leverage these relationships to drive participation in the Amazon Influencer Program. A background in analytics or performance marketing will help you implement effective incentive plans and commission structures for influencer partners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will identify and engage with high-potential affiliate-ready influencers, driving their participation in the Amazon Influencer Program. You will execute partnership strategies that leverage influencers' reach to inspire customers during their purchase journey. Your responsibilities will include implementing incentive plans and commission structures that align with financial goals while ensuring growth is achieved within budgetary constraints.
