Who you are

You have a proven track record in business development, particularly within consulting services, and thrive in environments that require adaptability and initiative. Your experience in a start-up or scale-up setting has equipped you with the skills to navigate challenges without the constraints of larger organizations. You are a driven self-starter who excels at building relationships and uncovering opportunities. Your ability to engage with senior stakeholders and foster trust is a key asset in your role. You understand the importance of collaboration with delivery and technical teams to shape compelling proposals and solutions that meet client needs. You are comfortable with travel across the UK for customer visits and events, demonstrating your commitment to building strong client relationships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will identify and win new business through direct outreach, leveraging your network, and participating in events and referrals. You will build a robust sales pipeline by engaging with partner Account Managers and senior stakeholders to uncover opportunities. Your responsibilities will include developing and converting leads into qualified opportunities with structured close plans. You will collaborate closely with delivery and technical teams to create compelling proposals and solutions that resonate with clients. Upselling and cross-selling across Cloudscaler’s full portfolio of cloud services will be a key focus, ensuring that you maximize the value delivered to clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing accounts to identify further growth opportunities. Your role will require you to adapt to varying onsite requirements, with the potential for up to three days a week in the London office, depending on business needs.

Cloudscaler offers a competitive base salary ranging from £85,000 to £100,000, along with commission and benefits.
