Amazon is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer specializing in Amazon Connect to provide technical expertise and support for contact center solutions. You'll work closely with customers to innovate and solve complex challenges using AWS technologies.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in solutions architecture with at least 5 years of experience in the field, particularly in contact center solutions and customer experience. Your expertise in AWS technologies, especially Amazon Connect, allows you to provide valuable insights and strategies to customers looking to enhance their operations. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to drive successful outcomes for clients.
Your ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions is one of your key strengths. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your technical knowledge to help customers innovate and overcome challenges. You are also adept at account planning and opportunity identification, ensuring that you stay closely connected to customer needs and market trends.
Desirable
Experience with workforce management (WFM) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to deliver comprehensive solutions. Familiarity with omnichannel contact center strategies will further strengthen your profile, allowing you to provide holistic support to clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for owning the go-to-market strategy for Amazon Connect solutions, working closely with the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization. You will engage directly with customers to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that leverage AWS technologies. Your role will involve collaborating with partner teams to develop and grow key technology and consulting partnerships, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support.
You will also play a crucial role in account planning and opportunity identification, working with the Account Team to pursue new business opportunities. By staying connected to customers, you will gather valuable data and insights that will inform product development and enhance the overall customer experience.
Your expertise will be instrumental in helping customers think big and innovate for their businesses. You will provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring that solutions are effectively integrated into customer operations. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner will be key to building strong relationships with clients.
