Experience in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with safety regulations across multiple sites would be advantageous. A background in data analysis and the ability to leverage technology to enhance safety initiatives is also a plus.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the safety champion for your site, leading the implementation of Amazon's Global WHS Program. You will work closely with Operations leadership to drive safety initiatives that protect associates while supporting productivity. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive risk assessments, analyzing safety data, and implementing practical solutions to enhance workplace safety. You will lead safety compliance efforts, ensuring that all safety regulations are met and that associates are well-informed about safety protocols. Additionally, you will manage the first aid program and emergency response capabilities, ensuring immediate care is always available. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the safety culture within the organization, and you will engage associates in safety initiatives to foster a proactive approach to workplace health and safety.
