What you'll do

As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the first line of defense for product questions and technical troubleshooting. You will assist activity partners in growing their businesses by effectively utilizing Peek's SaaS platform, PeekPro. Your role will involve providing information to partners and collaborating with the Product and Engineering teams to improve the platform based on user feedback. You will ensure that partners receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries, contributing to their overall success with Peek.
