You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in enterprise software. You are adept at onboarding new clients and guiding them through the initial stages of using the platform, ensuring they see value quickly. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and challenges, and you thrive on helping clients achieve their goals. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using analytics to inform your strategies. You are passionate about technology and how it can transform business workflows, particularly in the realm of content management.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with both new and existing enterprise customers to ensure they are successfully onboarded and fully utilizing Box's services. You will develop a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives, tailoring your approach to help them achieve their goals. You will monitor customer engagement and usage metrics, proactively reaching out to clients to drive adoption and satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, addressing any concerns and providing solutions to enhance their experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to relay customer feedback and advocate for their needs. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement. You will also contribute to the development of best practices and resources to support customer success initiatives across the organization.
What we offer
Box offers a competitive salary range of $115,000—$137,500 USD, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
