What you'll do
As a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician, you will perform daily building rounds to monitor and record information from electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment. Your role will involve assisting in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events, ensuring that all operations meet internal Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will be responsible for performing rack installs and decommissioning, as well as conducting preventive maintenance and root cause analysis on equipment. You will also engage in technical writing to support the change management program and monitor daily work requests to manage them to resolution. Your contributions will help ensure that the data center operates smoothly and efficiently, supporting Amazon's commitment to customer satisfaction.
